Elevate your salad game with this vibrant Green Goddess Salad!

Ingredients
- Roasted courgette
- Brussell sprouts
- Edamame
- Cooked giant couscous
- Grilled pork
- 16g dijon mustard
- 20g Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- 15g olive oil
- 15g apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 250g 5% fat pork mince
- 1/2 onion very finely diced
- 1 egg
- 50ml milk
- 50g breadcrumbs
- Season with dried parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, salt & pepper

Directions
- Combine these all together well until a smooth mixture forms. roll into balls (mine were around 30g each) and place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C for 12 mins (i used my airfryer) until crispy on the outside.
- Assemble your bowl with quinoa, roasted sweet pot, brussel sprouts & red pepper (air fry for 15mins at 200°C), feta, pistachios, salt & pepper.
