      I've used the Hilltop manuka gel sachets for 4 months. They are absolutely fantastic - far more friendly on the digestive system than the usual synthetic rubbish and just as fast absorbing and effective at replenishing lost Glycogen.

      Recently used them as one of only four fuel sources for the A&S 600km audax, which is pretty tough on the body (29 hours continuous riding, no sleep). They did not let me down.

      I use these for any run over 2 hours and they are superb ! I run ultra marathons and these are so convenient, and when taken every 20 minutes (I’m a 6ft and 180lbs so burn a decent chunk of calories when running) they keep my energy levels stable and high. A sip of water after each gel is recommended.
