- 1 small ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp of Manuka honey
- 200 ml milk (coconut or almond, add more as desired)
- chopped strawberries
- sprinkling of bee pollen
- Blend all smoothie ingredients until… smooth!
- Transfer to your favourite bowl (or bowls if sharing…)
- Top with a handful of strawberries and a sprinkling of bee pollen.
- Enjoy with an extra spoonful of Manuka honey!
