Meghan Markle’s go-to smoothie bowl includes bananas, berries, almond milk, coconut flakes, Manuka honey, and bee pollen.. what will you have in yours?

  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp of Manuka honey
  • 200 ml milk (coconut or almond, add more as desired)
  • chopped strawberries
  • sprinkling of bee pollen


  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until… smooth!
  2. Transfer to your favourite bowl (or bowls if sharing…)
  3. Top with a handful of strawberries and a sprinkling of bee pollen.
  4. Enjoy with an extra spoonful of Manuka honey!
