Chocolate Orange Brownies

  • 0.5 cup Cashews
  • 0.5 cup Dates
  • 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Brown Rice Protein
  • 2 tbsp Hilltop Honey
  • 0.5 tbsp Small Orange, Zest


  1. Add the cashews into a food processor and pulse for a few seconds.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend again until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and firmly press down to create a smooth surface.
  4. Pop these into the freezer for a couple of hours to set, then slice into portions and enjoy!
