Hilltop Honey Glazed Vegetables

A healthy snack/side, glazed in our delicious Hilltop honey.

  • 2 Large Carrots
  • 2 Large Parsnips
  • 2 Garlic Cloves - Peeled
  • A Few Sprigs Of Fresh Thyme
  • Pinch Of Sea Salt
  • Thyme Hilltop Honey


  1. Preheat your oven to 180c and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Peel and slice your vegetables into quarters and scatter these onto the tray.
  3. Drizzle over the honey and add the garlic and a good pinch of salt.
  4. Toss everything together to coat all of the vegetable in the honey.
  5. Add a sprinkling of fresh thyme and bake in the oven for around 35 minutes.
