Homemade Granola Bars

Healthy yet delicious granola bars that are the perfect dessert or a simple snack to have throughout the day. A mixture of fruit, oats and honey.

  • 100 g butter (and a little bit more for greasing)
  • 100 g light muscavado sugar
  • 200 g porridge oats
  • 100 g flaked almond
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp lavender hilltop honey


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160C
  2. Grease and line a tin
  3. In a roasting tin, mix the oats and nuts – toast in the oven for 5-10 mins
  4. Warm the butter,lavender hilltop honey and sugar in a pan. Stir until the butter has melted
  5. Add the dried cranberries to the oat mixture, mix until the oats are well coated
  6. Add the mixture to the tin, press lightly and bake for 30 mins
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in tin
  8. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy!
  9. Why not try your granola topped on yogurt, for a real treat top with some of our cut comb!
