Honey & Chilli Prawn Skewers

A tasty seasonal favourite, perfect for social gatherings.

  • 2 tbsp Hilltop Honey Blossom Honey
  • 1 Long Red Chilli, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 30 Raw Prepared Prawns
  • A Handful Of Coriander, Freshly Chopped


  1. Thread 3-5 prawns onto each wooden skewer and place on a plate and set aside.
  2. In a bowl whisk together the honey, olive oil, lime juice with the chilli.
  3. Brush the mixture over the prawns, season with sea salt and ground black pepper and then place them under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes either side.
  4. Serve straight away with some freshly chopped coriander.
