Maple, Mustard Glazed Salmon
Maple Syrup is one of Scott's favourites and we thought we would share this simple and flavoursome family recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb Pound salmon fillet cut into 6 equal pieces
- ¼ cup Cup butter unsalted, melted
- ¼ cup Cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425 F degrees.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking tray.
- In a small bowl, whisk up the butter, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. Pour over the salmon. Add some freshly ground pepper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
