Maple, Mustard Glazed Salmon

Maple Syrup is one of Scott's favourites and we thought we would share this simple and flavoursome family recipe.

Serves 6


  • 1 ½ lb Pound salmon fillet cut into 6 equal pieces
  • ¼ cup Cup butter unsalted, melted
  • ¼ cup Cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F degrees.
  2. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking tray.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk up the butter, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. Pour over the salmon. Add some freshly ground pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
