Lovely taste, great texture , amazingly easy on my stomach on a long run Fuelled my longest run to date, training for my first marathon. Only downside was when I pulled the tab to open, it only made a very tiny hole so I had to squeeze a lot to get a little out Could’ve been user error though Will definitely use on race day

Glad I found this brand as lot of other gels have complex manmade ingredients. These are handy to have on a run and good to know it’s all natural
Great taste. Easy to absorb and so much better than all the other gels I have tried . So much better with only having natural ingredients instead of the more common processed gels
Tried this yesterday in my long run. Loved the taste and energy hit but struggled to get it open especially with cold hands
