How do I begin a subscription?

To start your subscription, simply select "Subscribe & Save" and choose your preferred delivery options. You can select delivery intervals of every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. Add your subscription to the cart, and a recurring payment will be set up for your chosen delivery dates.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes, you can amend your subscription at any time by logging in with your account details. Alternatively, you can email us at info@lovehilltop.com, and we will amend or cancel your subscription for you.

How do I know my next billing date?

You will receive an email notification 3 days before your upcoming payment is due. You can cancel your order any time before the payment is processed.

What if my product is out of stock?

If your chosen product is out of stock, you will be notified and we will ship your product as soon as it is back in stock. If this isn't suitable, you have the option to cancel or amend your order.

Best lip balm ever!

I’ve been using this for ages now, and it’s just fantastic. Love the formula, I use it overnight and it actually lasts and is so hydrating, much better value than those expensive overnight lip masks and it smells lovely because it’s all natural! I also love the packaging and how easy it is to use (I hate having to put my finger in lip balm so this tube is amazing). I also use it on my small children and love it because it’s natural and works. I’ll keep using it as long as Hilltop keep making it!

Cut Comb Honey Slab

I was always looking for this after getting my first taste years ago, but there's not a lot in the usual shops.When I saw this as a slab at Hilltop, I couldn't resist and ordered a few, especially as they were on sale as well. Delivery was quick and well packed without leakages. I am enjoying it now on toast, in my porridge and cereal, and a spoonful here and there in between. Love it!

Great for the lips

I discovered this late last year and it has been the best lip balm I have come across. Definitely worth buying.
