Our bee-rilliant honey started it’s journey in 2011...
Hilltop was founded in 2011 when Scott started beekeeping as a hobby. Scott jarred up his hard work from that summer and shared the golden nectar with his friends and family – Much to Scott’s surprise the local shops wanted in on this to! Flash forward to today and we have moved out of Scott’s parents back garden and into our very own Hilltop HQ.

Tested for Authenticity
Hilltop is committed to providing safe, quality honey and maple syrup. We carry out authenticity testing on honey to ensure it is the best it can be and that it meets all aspects of the Honey Regulations. Our in-house testing allows us to deal with individual beekeepers and beekeeping co-operatives to obtain specialist honeys from all over the world.

Are you curious what wondrous things you can create with your Hilltop products? Well, you've definitely come to the right place.
Honey
Our Honey is totally pure and natural, and can be grainy, runny or set. The colour, aroma and taste of each Hilltop Honey are completely different, as bees gather from a diverse variety of flowers. Every drop is perfect in its own unique way and is about as close and unspoilt as you can get to eating it straight from the hive. What could be better?
Maple Syrup
Our Maple Syrup is completely natural, runny goodness in an easy squeezy, recyclable, bottle. The taste, colour and aroma from season-to-season is subtly different, as the Maple flavour matures over time. Each harvest offers a naturally unique taste for every palate. Amber & Rich or Very Dark & Strong, what will you pour yours on?
