Hilltop 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

Each competition runs at 10:00am each day from 01/12/24-12/12/24

Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.  

Entrants must be over the age of 18 and ID may be required.  

Employees of Hilltop Honey Ltd and employees of brands participating the 12 Days of Christmas giveaway are exempt from entry to the competition.  

Internet access is required.  

Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full based on competition mechanic will be entered into the competition.  

Email address must be provided to be award with prize only.

Competition is open to residents in Great Britain only. (England, Scotland, and Wales).

There will be 12 winners in total for the duration of the competition. One winner per prize per day until competition end.

Winner(s) may need to show proof of identification when shipment takes place.  

Winner(s) will be contacted within 5 days of the competition end date.  

Winner(s) will be contacted via social platform.

If winner(s) cannot be contacted within 7 days of first contact, another winner will be drawn.  

By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. 

Winner(s) may be asked to take part in publicity – this will only be done with consent.  

Once the winner is contacted and address is provided, the prize will be sent out within 28 working days.

Hilltop Honey Ltd will take no responsibility of prize being lost, stolen or damaged.  

The prize cannot be returned,
refunded, exchanged, or transferred. The prize cannot be sold or auctioned. 

There is no cash alternative available in whole or in part.  

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hilltop Honey Ltd  where fraud, abuse, and/or an error the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage. 

Invalid entries into the promotion will not be submitted into the prize draw.  

Any entries which are considered to be violent, offensive, explicit, or negatively reflect the brand/Promotion will be removed.  

Address will be requested for delivery of prize only and not be used for marketing purposes.  

The draw and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Where a customer participating in the draw is taking part from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.
