TOP TERMS

Competition is free to enter from 23/04/24 – 14/05/24.  Winner will be drawn at random, and no purchase is necessary. Internet access required. This competition is not sponsored or endorsed or administered with Facebook/Instagram. Entrants must be 18+. Full T&Cs apply and are available to view at lovehilltop.com.

FULL TERMS

  1. Competition runs from 23/04/24 – 14/05/24
  2. Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and ID may be required.
  4. Employees of Hilltop Honey Ltd and brands involved are exempt from entry to the competition.
  5. Internet access is required.
  6. Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the competition.
  7. Email address must be provided to be contactable if successful only.
  8. Competition is open to residents in Great Britain only. (England, Scotland, and Wales).
  9. Winner(s) will be rewarded with: 12x bottles of Blossom 720g.
  10. There will be 1 winner and that winner will be chosen at random.
  11. Winner may need to show proof of identification when shipment takes place.
  12. Winner will be contacted within 5 days of the competition end date.
  13. Winner will be contacted via email only.
  14. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of first contact, another winner will be drawn.
  15. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
  16. Winner may be asked to take part in publicity – this will only be done with consent.
  17. Once the winner is contacted and address is provided, the prize will be sent out within 14 working days.
  18. Hilltop Honey Ltd will take no responsibility of prize being lost, stolen or damaged.
  19. The prize cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or transferred. The prize cannot be sold or auctioned.
  20. Opt in is required and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  21. There is no cash alternative available in whole or in part.
  22. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Hilltop Honey Ltd or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error the Hilltop Honey Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage.
  23. Invalid entries into the Promotion will not be submitted into the prize draw.
  24. Any entries which are considered to be violent, offensive, explicit, or negatively reflect the brand/Promotion will be removed.
  25. Address will be requested for delivery of prize only and not be used for marketing purposes.
  26. The draw and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Where a customer participating in the draw is taking part from Scotland or Northern Ireland, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts or the courts of Northern Ireland respectively.
