TBH I didn't know what Agave was when I bought it, I just added it on as I was buying honey from Hilltop I thought I'd give it a try. Used it when I was making green tea, which I have iced with lemon and lime. I usually use some honey and agave as the flavour of honey alone can be over powering. Agave has a very mild taste to it, it's definitely very subtle thing.
