Shipping policy

 

We offer the following options which are available at the checkout stage:

FREE DELIVERY (5-7 working days) - when you spend over £30

Standard Delivery* (5-7 working days) £3.00

Express Delivery* (2 working days) £5.00

Orders placed with express shipping after 12pm are processed the following day, due to courier schedules. With our express delivery you should receive your order within 24-48 hours. If your express order has not arrived within 48 hours, please us at info@lovehilltop.com with your order number, and we will assist you. 

Please note:

• Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday, as our factory and office is closed on weekends. 

• We do not ship to Northern Ireland. 

• If a bank holiday occurs, some orders may result in increased times on shipment.
