Honey must remain pure, with nothing added, no pollen removed, and no treatments that alter its acidity or damage its natural enzymes. At Hilltop, we conduct rigorous testing on all our products to ensure their authenticity, quality, and safety. For Manuka honey specifically, we also test for DNA markers and its MGO profile to guarantee its unique properties.
