What is this stuff?

Stinks really werid smell, tasted odd, bought it to make mead and it tastes horrible like sick wgen you have a cold. Honestly looked odd in the bucket before I started the mead making process I honestly don't think this is actually honey at at least not 100% pure but I had better from super markets by far probably will have dispose of the mead I made it's that bad. And no it's not because of my brewing it was weird from the start

Delicious

I have had hilltop honey for several years, I order the 2.5 kg tubs, as its so good and don't want to run out. I prefer the English blossom, for its taste.

Bucket of Honey!

I feel like a real Winnie the Pooh with a 2.5kg bucket of British Blossom Honey - it's going to last me forever! Prefer buying in bulk to avoid wasting packaging, and I decanter into a smaller jar to use at home. Delivery slightly delayed due to DPD - but with Black Friday and Christmas strikes that wasn't too surprising! Thanks Hilltop :)
