Hilltop Cut Comb is cut from the hive and is still in its natural wax state, giving the honey a unique texture and flavour. Cleverly crafted by bees, and sealed with a layer of wax, these delicious hexagonal shapes are amber in colour, with a sweet, floral flavour, bursting with light and delicate Acacia Honey.

Serving suggestion:
Eat it straight from the tray or add some cut comb to your fruit bowl, salad or ice cream as a sweet topping treat.

- Be sure to store at room temperature.
- Crystallisation may naturally occur - but don’t worry, just place in warm water or near a radiator.

Tried comb first time, its too sweet for me. And I cannot swallow the comb, may be its not for me.

Found this gem in a butchers in Hereford and have already polished off the latest delivery. I find myself energised and not eating as much if I've had some of this delicious comb honey. I only wish they did it in bigger boxes

Cut Comb Honey Slab

I was always looking for this after getting my first taste years ago, but there's not a lot in the usual shops.When I saw this as a slab at Hilltop, I couldn't resist and ordered a few, especially as they were on sale as well. Delivery was quick and well packed without leakages. I am enjoying it now on toast, in my porridge and cereal, and a spoonful here and there in between. Love it!
