Love it!

This is my new staple for roast veg, great in a stir fry too! On its own it has quite fiery kick but its milder when use in cooking.

Hot! But sweet

I'm not usually a fan of chilli, but this is really well balanced. Delicious honey flavour, with a kick of heat. Use it as a dipping sauce for chicken or shrimp -- by itself or mixed with mustard. I'm sure it would make a fantastic glaze for gammon, and am looking forward to trying that.
