Hilltop’s beautifully light and delicate Acacia Honey is crafted by bees gathering nectar from Robinia Pseudoacacia trees and shrubs. Carefully blended to create this delightful sweet treat, it boasts a lighter hue and milder flavour compared to our Blossom Honey.

It's the perfect addition to your daily dishes, whether drizzled over fruit or yoghurt, used as a sweet topping, or incorporated into baking. With its versatility this Honey serves as an ideal substitute for refined sugars, enhancing both taste and nutritional value.

Storage Instructions:
- Be sure to store at room temperature.
- Crystallisation may naturally occur - but don’t worry, just place in warm water or near a radiator.
