To request a refund or a replacement please email orders@lovehilltop.com and we'll do our best to resolve any concerns as soon as possible.
Product Guarantee
At Hilltop, we guarantee that there will be no crystallisation of our Honey products, and no fermentation of our Maple products upon arrival of your order. If our products are in one of the states mentioned above, you have 7 days from the delivery date to report this once the products have been signed for. A replacement product will be offered if stock is crystallised or fermentation is present within the product. After 7 days you take full responsibility and ownership of the stock purchased.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase from Hilltop Honey Ltd will be required for a refund or replacement product. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such an order number or order confirmation. If you have purchased a product from another retailer/third party, Hilltop will take no responsibility, please raise your complaint directly with the retailer from whom you have purchased to discuss your options.
Damages in Transit
Any damages, loss of stock and product defects in transit will be replaced or refunded. Please report to orders@lovehilltop.com as soon as possible to investigate your delivery timeframes. Please send photos with confirmation of your order (order number) to the email specified. A full refund will be given at our discretion.
Refunds will be for the given up to the full purchase price at our discretion.
If a refund is payable to you, we will process the refund within 10 working days upon agreement. You have 7 days from the delivery date to report this once the products have been signed for. After 7 days you take full responsibility and ownership of the stock purchased.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges.
Express Delivery
Orders placed with express shipping after 12pm are processed the following day, due to courier schedules. With our express delivery you should receive your order within 24-48 hours. If your express order has not arrived within 48 hours, please us at info@lovehilltop.com with your order number, and we will assist you.
Please note: Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday, as our factory and office is closed on weekends. Any orders placed as standard or express on bank holiday weekends, will be shipped when operating hours occur.
