These are so light and fluffy on the inside & crispy on the outside! plus with these delish toppings, they are so drool worthy.

- 1 egg
- 1tbsp almond milk
- 1tsp Hilltop Organic Brazilian Mountain Honey
- Cinnamon (as much or as little as you like)
- 2 crumpets
- Greek yogurt
- Blueberry compote
- Hilltop Organic Brazilian Mountain Honey

- Simply whisk together the eggs, milk, honey & cinnamon in a bowl, and Then soak each side of the crumpets in the mixture.
- Using a pan on medium-high heat, cook each side for about 4-5mins until golden & crispy
Then add your toppings & enjoy!
