Lovely Natural Gel

I found this company at the Running Show in Birmingham and was lucky enough to try some. I am currently training for my first half marathon, so knowing what the best gels are can be really difficult. I didn't like the idea of the normal ones and you can't even understand the ingredient list! I love how this is all natural (sensitive on the stomach), and gives a natural boost of energy! They are very tasty, just take water with you! It didn't come with a small gel dispenser though, so I will have to get one of these separately unfortunately. Overall a great product!

Blueberry energy

I have used this twice now, every time I have used it my stomach has been fine. It is not as tacky or thick as other energy gels I have used. The flavour is nice and I can feel the benefit from the energy. I also find it gives me more energy then other gels I have used

Game changer

I've tried other sports gel. This is one agrees with me. I'm in training for a marathon, so I've used it at 10 miles. I dont feel so tired after my long runs. Absolutely would recommend you give it a go.
