Chocolate & banana mug cake
The BEST mug cake! - Ready in 2 minutes!

2 tbsp plain flour
1/2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Hilltop British Blossom Honey
1 tbsp coconut oil/any oil
Sprinkle of salt
1 square of chocolate (for the middle)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Leave the chocolate ..and add everything into a ramekin/mug + mix well
Add the chocolate into the middle and microwave for 1 min 30 seconds (or until cooked all the way through)
You can put any toppings you want on it. If you want to make a chocolate version, sub 1 tbsp of flour for cocoa powder.
If you want this for breakfast, we recommend doubling the recipe.
Make sure not overcook the mug cake - keep a close eye on it so it doesn’t go dry.
