Directions

1. For the flatbread, start the dough by tipping the flour in to a bowl with chillies sprinkle onions tomatoes ,flaked sea salt & mozzarella cheese.
2. Wake up your yeast with a tea spoon of sugar and tepid water in a cup combine in a large bowl.
3. Pour in most of the water and use your fingers or a wooden chopstick end to mix the flour and water together until combined to a slightly wet, pillowy, workable dough.
4. Bake at 200 for 25 minutes.
5. For the chicken, marinate with spices and with a squeeze of lemon juice

6. Drizzle of honey bake and serve with salad and flatbread.

7. Maris piper potatoes with sea salt and olive oil for chips.
