Spice up your dinner routine with our mouth-watering Flatbread & Hot Honey Chicken recipe! Transform ordinary flatbread into a culinary masterpiece by topping it with succulent chicken drizzled in a tantalizing hot honey glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 Garlic bulb minced
- 20ml Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
- 1kg chicken breast
- 5 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- Jamaican jerk spice
- Italian seasoning
- Sea Salt
- 20g of salted butter
- Cheddar
- Fresh basil thyme
- Chilli pepper flakes
- Fresh bell peppers
- Red onion
- Dark soy sauce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Red onion
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Mixed chillies
- Green Spring onions
- 7g sachet fast-action dried yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Up to 150 ml lukewarm water
- A little olive oil

Directions
- For the flatbread, start the dough by tipping the flour in to a bowl with chillies sprinkle onions tomatoes ,flaked sea salt & mozzarella cheese.
- Wake up your yeast with a tea spoon of sugar and tepid water in a cup combine in a large bowl.
- Pour in most of the water and use your fingers or a wooden chopstick end to mix the flour and water together until combined to a slightly wet, pillowy, workable dough.
- Bake at 200 for 25 minutes.
- For the chicken, marinate with spices and with a squeeze of lemon juice
Drizzle of honey bake and serve with salad and flatbread.
