Directions

1. Cook the meat in a pan.
2. Sauté some garlic, lemongrass, ginger, fresh chilli. Add either chicken, turkey or pork mince and cook till cooked through. Finally add the sauce and stir in fresh red onion, coriander and mint.
3. Make a peanut sauce with peanut butter, hot honey, soy sauce, fresh garlic, ginger, chilli sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar and a little water.
4. Serve the laab in lettuce wraps, topped with salted peanuts and the homemade peanut sauce
