Thai Lettuce Wraps is one of those meals that will make you forget you’re eating healthy! A traditional Thai dish called Larb/Laab Gai, they’re quick to make and full of fresh flavours from herbs and lime, plus a nice hit of chilli. Use chicken mince or pork mince or turkey mince, bundle it up in lettuce or serve it over rice!

- Chicken/Turkey/Pork
- Garlic
- Lemongrass
- Ginger
- Fresh Chilli
- Red Onion
- Coriander
- Mint
- Brown Sugar
- Fish Sauce
- Corn Flour
- Water
- Peanut Butter
- Hilltop Hot Honey
- Soy Sauce
- Fresh Garlic
- Ginger
- Chilli Sauce
- Rice Vinegar
- Brown Sugar
- Water

Directions
- Cook the meat in a pan.
- Sauté some garlic, lemongrass, ginger, fresh chilli. Add either chicken, turkey or pork mince and cook till cooked through. Finally add the sauce and stir in fresh red onion, coriander and mint.
- Make a peanut sauce with peanut butter, hot honey, soy sauce, fresh garlic, ginger, chilli sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar and a little water.
- Serve the laab in lettuce wraps, topped with salted peanuts and the homemade peanut sauce
