This honey is amazing. The taste and the light, crisp honeycomb is absolutely heavenly. I've had it on toast and drizzled in to natural yogurt. The downside...it's all gone 😥

The best Pumpkin & Almond Loaf that is moist and fluffy, packed with cosy spices and topped with crunchy pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
-
1/4 cup soya protein powder

4 eggs
-
1½ tablespoon baking powder

7½ tablespoon organic olive oil

Generous pinch sea salt

½ cup blossom honey
- 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
-
½ cup homemade pumpkin purée
Directions
- Mix/beat all of the ingredients together until well combines and smooth.
- Then add it to a loaf tin which is lined with baking paper.
- Cook for 30mins at around 200/250.
- Poke with a knife to make sure it cooked all of the way through.
