Fit For A Queen
hilltop honey’s welsh blossom honey has been selected as the ingredient from Wales to go into creating truffles for the Queen on her 90th birthday celebration.
Ingredients have been sourced from all over the UK with one ingredient being selected from England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales respectively! One of the ingredients alongside hilltop honey’s welsh blossom honey is blackcurrants grown from her majesty the Queens very own garden.
The ingredients were gathered by chef Iain Burnett who also created these amazing truffles.
These truffles will be presented to the Queen for her 90th birthday on the 21st of April 2016 and at hilltop honey we believe that is a massive honour to be involved in.
