Nutty Chia Figgy Pudding
This is a lovely mix to make your breakfast more exciting and filling.
Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp for chia seeds
- A drizzle of Hilltop Honey
- Dairy or nut milk for soaking
- Mixed chopped nuts of your choice (I used pistachios, walnuts and almonds)
- Dark chocolate
- 1 ripe fig
- hilltop honey for serving
Method
- Soak the chia seeds in with the honey for sweetness overnight or for at least 20 minutes so they expand and soak the milk.
- When serving, top the chia pudding with your choice of mixed nuts, dark chocolate and the fig.
- Finish with a drizzle of hilltop honey!
