Ingredients

1 banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp Hilltop Organic Blossom Honey

Directions

In a fry pan place the hilltop honey and cinnamon and put the gas on a low heat.
Place the banana slices on top and cover with a lid.
After 3-4 minutes the honey will begin to caramelise and the banana will begin to smell aromatic!
Flip the banana slices over so both sides are even caramelised and coated, placing a lid on top helps steam the bananas to make them extra soft.
