This recipe only takes 15 minutes and is perfect for you to have for your breakfast.
4 tbsp gluten free rolled porridge oats (uncooked)
4 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp of hilltop honey/honeycomb
1 nectarine
1 passionfruit – seeds scooped out
Mix together oats, yoghurt and milk and put in a jar or container with a lid and pop into the fridge overnight.
Remove from fridge and top with yogurt, fruit and drizzle with honey.
