These are a delicious chocolatey treat with crushed pistachios, bee pollen, rose petals and dried berries. A tasty unique treat.
53 g cacao butter
5 tbsp caco powder
3 heaped tbsp hilltop honey
Crushed pistachios, bee pollen, rose petals, freeze dried berries
Gently melt the cacao butter until liquid.
Stir in the cacao powder and hilltop honey until smooth and creamy.
Carefully re-melt the chocolate if needed (if it’s too thick to spread)
Line a baking dish with grease proof paper and pour in your chocolate mixture.
Sprinkle with the crushed pistachios, rose petals, bee pollen and freeze dried fruits.
Place this into the freezer for 3 hours to set, then slice into pieces.
