'These oatmeal cookies are a chocolate (and oatmeal) lovers heaven!! they have the best chewy oatmeal cookie texture, and suchhhh a moreish chocolate flavour, i could eat 10 of them!
These cookies are so simple to make, are made with nourishing, energising ingredients and are perfect for packing and taking on the go, or enjoying with brekkie, as a snack, or dessert! (or whenever the craving hits hehe!)'

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1tbsp belgian chocolate complete gut powder (optional)
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup thick yoghurt
- 80ml almond milk

1tsp Hilltop Very Dark Maple Syrup
- 1tbsp almond butter
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix well.
Then add in the wet ingredients and combine everything together until a batter is formed.
Divide the batter into 8 balls (approx. 50g each) and place them onto the lined baking tray, and flatten them down into round cookie shapes.
Bake in the oven for 15 mins and then they’re ready
