A soft, mouthwatering and chocolatey brownie, topped with honey comb and chocolate pieces.

Ingredients
100 g apple puree
100 g gluten free flour

20 g Hilltop Cut Comb In Acacia Honey
50 g coconut sugar
3 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
3 whole eggs

Handful Hilltop Honey Cut Comb
20 g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Handful chopped raw/dark chocolate
Heaped tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180c and line/grase a brownie tray or cake tin.
In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine the hilltop honey, sugar and apple puree and cream these together.
Crack in each of the eggs one at a time and beat well.
Add in the dry ingredients and continue to mix until everything is well combine and you’re left with a nice and smooth batter.
Pour the mixture into your tin and scatter the honey comb and chocolate pieces.
Bake these in the oven for around 15 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when pierced into the cake.
Slice into portions and enjoy!
