Hilltop Honey Glazed Vegetables
A healthy snack/side, glazed in our delicious Hilltop honey.
2 Large Carrots
2 Large Parsnips
2 Garlic Cloves - Peeled
A Few Sprigs Of Fresh Thyme
Pinch Of Sea Salt
Hilltop Organic Brazilian Mountain Honey
Preheat your oven to 180c and line a tray with baking paper.
Peel and slice your vegetables into quarters and scatter these onto the tray.
Drizzle over the honey and add the garlic and a good pinch of salt.
Toss everything together to coat all of the vegetable in the honey.
Add a sprinkling of fresh thyme and bake in the oven for around 35 minutes.
