Vanilla protein oat cookies
If you need some new brekkie ideas using oats, this recipe is for you! legit a cookie for breakfast… how could you pass that up?! and plus, it has lots of protein and wholefoods to energise and keep you satisfied!

- 1/3 cup oat flour (blended oats)
- 1/2 scoop (20g) vanilla protein powder
- 2tbsp greek yog
- 1tbsp milk
1tsp Hilltop Organic Blossom Honey
Handful of raisins
Preheat an oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper combine all ingredients except the raisins, and mix until it becomes a ball of dough.
Flatten the mixture into a cookie shape, and top with some raisins.
Bake the cookie in the oven for 12-15mins, until it becomes golden in colour.
Then to finish it off, add a drizzle of your favourite nut butter - we recommend using smooth peanut butter!
