Ingredients
- 1/2 cup porridge oats
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup water/milk
- 1tbsp Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- sliced banana
- sliced pear
- medjool dates
- pumpkin seeds
- almond butter

Combine all ingredients into a pot on medium heat and stir through for about 3-4 minutes until desired texture.
