Ingredients
2x chicken breasts
Vegan cream - 60ml
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

3 Tbsp Hilltop Blossom Honey
Veggie stock - 100ml
White wine - Large glass
Salt and pepper
Directions
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Add some oil to a pan and sear the chicken for 3mins on each side.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
In a bowl combine the mustard, honey, and cream.
Deglaze the pan with a glass of white wine.
Add in the stock and summer for 10mins.
Pour in the cream mixture, stir and season and to taste.

Place the chicken back into the pan and cover with the sauce.
Simmer on a low heat for a further 15mins until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with mini roasted potatoes, green beans and parsley.
