Easy summer salad recipe that can be a starter for any meal!
Ingredients
- 400g heritage tomatoes, cut into halves or quarters
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1-2 green chillies, sliced
- 3 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 30g olive oil
- 10g Welsh Blossom Honey
- 10g sherry vinegar
- 10g parsley, chopped
Directions
Combine the heritage tomatoes, garlic, green chillies and spring onion into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle over the olive oil, sherry vinegar and Welsh Blossom Honey.
Give all of the ingredients a good stir and top with some fresh parsley.
If you’re preparing this dish in advance, we’d recommend keeping this recipe refrigerated and to give it a good stir before tucking in. Enjoy!
