Easy summer salad recipe that can be a starter for any meal!
400g heritage tomatoes, cut into halves or quarters
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1-2 green chillies, sliced
3 spring onion, thinly sliced
30g olive oil
10g Welsh Blossom Honey
10g sherry vinegar
10g parsley, chopped
Combine the heritage tomatoes, garlic, green chillies and spring onion into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle over the olive oil, sherry vinegar and Welsh Blossom Honey.
Give all of the ingredients a good stir and top with some fresh parsley.
