We could eat this dinner every day of the week … honey roasted vegetables with pan fried salmons and crumbled cheese !!

Ingredients
- Diced butternut squash
- Rainbow carrots
- Sliced courgette
- Asparagus stems
- Organic olive oil
- Fresh basil thyme
- Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Add the glazed vegetables into a pan and cook until they are soft.
Once they have cooked through, push them aside and add in a salmon fillet (optional) and allow to cook.
Once golden and roasted, mix through some fire roasted peppers rainbow tomatoes and chard.
Serve the final dish of pan fried salmon sprinkled mixed seeds and crumbled Greek cheese.
