Hot honey chicken & maple bacon burger
Using more of the delicious hilltop honey products this fiery burger packs a real kick. Cooled with the lemon mayo.

2 x brioche buns (lightly toasted)
- 2 x breaded chicken breast fillets
- 4 rashers smoked streaky bacon
40ml Hilltop Hot Honey
20ml Hilltop Amber Maple Syrup
- 5g hot chilli powder
- Lemon mayonnaise
- Cook the chicken according to the pack instructions but 5 minutes before it’s ready dredge in hot honey and chilli powder.
- Pan fry the bacon until crispy and drizzle with maple syrup to caramelise.
Lightly toast the bun and assemble in order.
