Hot Honey Salmon
The tastiest and simplest salmon dish with hot honey!

2x Salmon Fillets
Hilltop Hot Honey - 60g
Reduced salt soy sauce - 30g
Pinch of Chilli Flakes
Tsp Olive Oil
Mix the hot honey, soy sauce, and chilli flakes in a bowl and set aside - heat a pan until hot but not smoking with the oil and some garlic.
Place the salmon in the pan skin down and cook for 5minutes or until skin is crispy. After this turn the salmon on the other side and add the mixture slowly, coating the salmon.
Leave in the pan until salmon is cooked constantly spooning the mixture of the salmon.
Once the salmon is cooked through, serve with your choice of sides. Pour the leftover sauce on the salmon or sides.
