This is a lovely mix to make your breakfast more exciting and filling.
2-3 tbsp for chia seeds
A drizzle of Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey
Dairy or nut milk for soaking
Mixed chopped nuts of your choice (I used pistachios, walnuts and almonds)
Dark chocolate
1 ripe fig
Hilltop Everyday Blossom Honey for serving
Soak the chia seeds in with the honey for sweetness overnight or for at least 20 minutes so they expand and soak the milk.
When serving, top the chia pudding with your choice of mixed nuts, dark chocolate and the fig.
Finish with a drizzle of hilltop honey!
