                      1/2 tbsp cornflour.
Sprinkle of salt and pepper.
1 chicken breast or equivalent in wings/thighs.
25g of Welsh Blossom Honey.
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar.
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce.
Sprinkle of chilli flakes.
Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Slice the chicken into thin strips & throw into a bowl with the corn flour, salt & pepper; Make sure all the chicken is coated well.
Fry for approx. 2 mins on both sides of the chicken.
Mix the honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce & chilli flakes in a bowl & then pour into the pan with the chicken.
Cook for approx. 5 mins until the sauce gets thick & sticky, make sure to keep stirring & mixing to make sure the chicken is covered, but be careful not to leave too long as the mixture can quickly burn.
Serve with sticky rice & salad or any side dish of your choice!
