Sweet & Spicy Meatballs
Sweet and spicy meatballs served with basmati rice 🍚🧆

- 500g pork mince
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 ground coriander
- 15g white breadcrumbs
- 1 medium egg
- 2 peppers
- 1 large onion
- 2 tsp lazy garlic
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 5 tbsp orange juice
4 tbsp Hilltop Blossom Everyday Squeezy Honey

In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients for the meatballs and mix together.
Put some kitchen foil on a baking tray, I weighed my meatballs out so I knew they would all cook at the same time.
I did each meatball at around 25g and this made 22 meatballs.
Cook the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
While your meatballs are cooking you can start to make the sauce.
In a frying pan add your onion and cook for 5 minutes.
After a couple of minutes add your garlic and pepper to your pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the rest of the ingredients for the sauce.
Then cook your sauce on a low heat for about 10 minutes.
Once your meatballs are cooked add them to your sauce.
