Cap could be improved, otherwise it's good

Nice size flask, flow rate is excellent and valve kept everything sticky free but the cap needs some fiddling to close it properly

A great alternative!

A great alternative to single use packets. I'll definitely continue buying the refills for this.

Sometimes the lid is a little clunky to get back on, but does rhe job fine!

Bought along with the larger packs of honey. Ideal for using on longer runs, and the measurements for gauging equivalent portions of the individual gels is great. Cuts down on the plastic waste, so big thumbs up for that too.
