About Hilltop

We’re not just a honey business. We’re a business on a mission to make the honey industry better for all. Better honey, better environmental practices and better customer relationships.

Hilltop Founded

Hilltop was founded in 2011 by Scott Davies. With no prior experience or qualifications – he started by jarring up & selling his own honey from his parents’ kitchen table in Newtown, Wales.

Scott’s mission is still to ensure we’re sourcing the best products from around the world. From Pure Welsh Honey, to distinct varieties from South America & Asia- every honey is sourced with passion & care.
