Fantastic product, tastes as good as a running gel can taste. Tastes very natural and no nasty additives. I use about 4/5 gels on my long runs and they keep me fuelled nicely, very easy on the stomach as well. The only thing I would say is the hole is very small and the gel is quite thick so it takes a little bit of time for me to fully consume but I prefer taking my gels slowly so it works for me.
I bought this honey as it is organic and bears the Soil Assosiation label.
I was hugely disappointed on arriving home to read in the tiny print on the back label that it is soured from non EU countries, and this possibly includes
China? I find it hard to believe that this product will be completely Organic?
This hot honey is delicious, having seen a recipe using it on social media I ordered & gave it ago. Following swift delivery I made the dish & was not disappointed. Have since used in stir fry’s & to jush up a boring salad! Would recommend x
I can’t comment on the honey itself as I bought this as a gift, but the packaging is substantial and attractive enough to make this a special present.
