Apple & Blueberry Overnight Oats
This is Autumn in a bowl! These gorgeous Apple Crumble Overnight Oats are the perfect start to the day.

45g porridge oats
30g vanilla protein powder
1tsp chia seeds
1/2 chopped apple
1 handful blueberries
1tbsp strawberry coconut yog
200ml coconut milk
strawberry coconut yogurt
blueberry chia jam
the other half of your apple- chopped
fruit & nut granola
a drizzle of Hilltop Honey Agave Nectar
- Mix together all of your oat ingredients until fully combined.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with your toppings.
