Cosy breakfast season has arrived… and we’re all in.

Introducing our Apple & Cinnamon Scrambled Oats - honey-drenched, banana-sweet, and spiced just right for those chilly, comfort-craving mornings. It’s like granola and porridge had a golden, sticky love child. 😮‍💨

Sweet, soft, crunchy in all the right places, and finished with a drizzle of Hilltop Blossom that brings it all together.


Ingredients

1 ripe banana, mashed

1 tsp Hilltop Blossom Honey, plus extra for drizzling

1 egg, whisked

50g oats

½ apple, diced

½ tsp cinnamon

To serve: Greek yoghurt and Hilltop Blossom honey


Method

Make the oat mixture

In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, whisked egg, oats and Hilltop Blossom Honey. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

Cook the “scrambled oats”

Heat a lightly oiled non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour in the mixture and spread it out gently. Cook until the base turns golden (about 2 minutes).

Flip, then use a spatula to break it apart and “scramble” it into small, bite-sized clusters - similar to a loose granola.

Continue cooking until the oats are golden and slightly crisp.

Add fruit & flavour

Stir through the diced apple, an extra drizzle of Hilltop Blossom Honey, and the cinnamon.

Cook for around 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apple softens slightly and everything is fragrant.

Serve

Spoon into a bowl and top with Greek yoghurt finish with one last drizzle of honey (because you can never have too much!).
